Description

Position: Direct Hire Line Cook

Location: Clarence

Compensation: DOE to be determined

Hours: Must be flexible.  Days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all food preparation, using the broiler and following standard recipes to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

 Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Previous line cook and broiler experience with understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and directly with the owner along with working calmly under pressure.
  • Well rounded background with exposure to different kitchen environments cuisines etc.
  • Must be able to lift 35-50lbs on a regular basis.
