Position: Temporary Customer Service Representatives – Multiple Openings!
Estimated Length of Assignment: January – April 2019
Location: Buffalo, NY
Hours: During training: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
After training: Must be available to work flexible schedules between 7am & 8pm Monday-Friday, and either Saturday or Sunday 8am-4pm
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers who need assistance with their online banking account. Assist users navigate through the website. Reset passwords as needed
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
High School Diploma or GED required Must be able to learn and toggle between multiple computer systems Must have strong customer service and communication skills
