Position: Temp-Hire Administrative Assistant

Compensation: $17.00-18.00/hr. DOE

Location: Amherst, NY

Hours: Monday – Friday, FT Days

Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate activities for a team of financial advisors to help build client relationships
  • Processing of client paperwork, assisting clients with requests, answering questions and preparing for appointments
  • General administrative support

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • Associates degree is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have extreme attention to detail, able to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
