Position: Temp-Hire Administrative Assistant
Compensation: $17.00-18.00/hr. DOE
Location: Amherst, NY
Hours: Monday – Friday, FT Days
Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate activities for a team of financial advisors to help build client relationships
- Processing of client paperwork, assisting clients with requests, answering questions and preparing for appointments
- General administrative support
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Associates degree is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have extreme attention to detail, able to multi-task and prioritize duties
- Strong customer service and communication skills
