Position: Direct Hire Accounting Administrator (part time)
Location: Williamsville, NY
Hours: 2-3 days per week, 1st shift (16-24/hr per week)
Tuesday & Wednesday are required. The 3rd day can be flexible.
- Enter hours and process payroll for over 200 employees on a weekly basis using ADP
- Process invoices for multiple clients on a weekly basis
- Maintain general ledger, bank reconciliations, accounts receivables, journal entries etc.
- Posts customer payments by recording checks, and credit card transactions.
- Enter wage garnishments, complete documentation and records keeping
- Complete administrative duties as needed
- 5+ years’ experience working in a similar job function
- QuickBooks experience absolutely required!
- Must have experience with balance sheets and profit and loss statements
- Associates Degree in Accounting preferred, but those with comparable experience will be considered
