Position: Temp – Hire Customer Service Representative
Location: Buffalo, NY
Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm (w/1 hour lunch) (Could be Part-Time if needed!)
Compensation: $12.00/hr.
Essential Functions:
- Handle inbound calls
- Heavy data entry
- Revise contracts and billing
Experience and Skills Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Have basic computer and math skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent phone etiquette
