Position: Direct Hire Industrial Painter
Compensation: $16.50+ DOE
Location: Lancaster, NY
Hours: Monday – Friday 7am- 3:30pm (periodic OT)
Responsibilities:
- Produce quality products utilizing various paint processes
- Focus on quality to produce products that meet the customer’s requirements
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to management
- Provide hands on job training to co-workers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Production paint application or related experience required
- Experience using a conventional gun spray, HVLP gun spray, Airless or Air assisted gun spray
- Experience with body work repairs and mixing paint a plus!
- Able to use good judgment and decision making
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be a team player, focused on quality and detail oriented
- High School Diploma or GED required
