Position: Temporary Human Resources Assistant
Pay Rate: $16 – $20/hr DOE
Hours: Full Time Days
Location: Cheektowaga, NY
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a variety of benefit program activities with the Associates
- Prepare documentation to ensure that the transactions are correctly updated for payroll and billing
- Process transactions regarding the Company’s retirement program
- Coordinate all occupational and non-occupational leaves for the Company, including FMLA leaves
- Assist in the coordination of a variety of other activities including Associate meetings
- Promptly respond to Associate questions regarding benefits
Education and Skills Required:
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar
- Maintain a high level of confidentially and discretion
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
