Position: Direct Hire Operations Manager (Foreclosure/Bankruptcy)
Location: Williamsville, NY
Compensation: $55,000 – 70,000 annual salary DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the planning, directing and supervision of management and staff
- Able to discuss complex ideas in concise terms both verbal/written
- In charge of staff development including mentoring and coaching
- Perform administrative tasks
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
· High school diploma/ or GED required
· 3-5 years’ experience as a foreclosure and/or bankruptcy manager required
· Excellent organizational, analytical, time management skills
· Ability to meet strict deadlines
· Excellent mentoring and coaching skills
· Bankruptcy experience required while Foreclosure, court/law firm (motion practice, litigation, etc.) or default mortgage servicing experience is beneficial.
