Position: Contract Call Center Representatives – 20 Openings!
Estimated Length of Assignment: March – May 2019 (additional projects will be added)
Location: Buffalo, NY
Compensation: $12/hour
Hours:
**During training: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
**After training: Must be available to work flexible schedules between 7am & 8pm Monday-Friday, and either Saturday or Sunday 7am-4pm
Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls from customers who need assistance with their online banking account
· Assist users navigate through the website
· Reset passwords as needed
Education, Experience, and Skills Req:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Must be reliable and dependable
· Able to work days/evenings & weekends
· Must have strong customer service and communication skills
· Must be able to learn and toggle between multiple computer systems
