Position: Temp-Hire Operations Assistant
Compensation: $14.00-15.00/hr. DOE
Location: Amherst, NY
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple departments
- Scan documents and work on data entry projects
- Update and pull reports
- Back up for receptionist to cover on breaks, lunch and time off
- Process FedEx and UPS packages
- Administrative duties
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have extreme attention to detail, able to multi-task and prioritize duties
- Strong customer service and communication skills
