Job of the Day! Temp-Hire Operations Assistant

Position: Temp-Hire Operations Assistant

Compensation: $14.00-15.00/hr. DOE

Location: Amherst, NY

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple departments
  • Scan documents and work on data entry projects
  • Update and pull reports
  • Back up for receptionist to cover on breaks, lunch and time off
  • Process FedEx and UPS packages
  • Administrative duties

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have extreme attention to detail, able to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
