Position: Direct Hire Maintenance Technician
Location: Buffalo, NY
Compensation: $17/ hr.
Hours: M-F 7:30am – 4pm // On Call every 2weeks (including weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Routine grounds maintenance and cleanup
- Painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall and HVAC repairs
- Process unit turnovers
- Assist outside vendors with inspections of properties
- Ensure safety of each site according to industry standards
- Assist with emergency maintenance duties as necessary
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- At least 3 years of general maintenance experience required
- HVAC experience preferred
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- High school diploma/ or GED
