Position: Direct Hire Account Manager (Customer Service)
Location: Clarence, NY
Pay: $40-45k/annually DOE plus commissions!
Hours: M-F, 8am-5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Seeking candidate to provide business-to-business customer service for a leading technology company
- Handle inbound and outbound client phone calls and e-mails in a professional and timely manner
- Provides information to clients regarding account status, product support, order fulfillment, service renewals and sales inquires
- Provides user support for web and desk software, assess and resolve problems, coordinate training and schedule client service
- Learn the organization’s products, services and policies through various training programs.
- Other general clerical duties as needed
Education/Skills Required
- College degree preferred; High school diploma/GED required
- Must have previous business-to-business Customer Service experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Must have strong telephone and interpersonal skills and be able to function in a fast paced environment
- Well organized and thorough with details and follow-up
- Ability to carry out instructions presented in written, verbal , or diagram form
- Must be able to reply objectively when analyzing/resolving customer related questions
