Job of the Day! Account Manager (Customer Service)

Position: Direct Hire Account Manager (Customer Service)

Location: Clarence, NY 

Pay: $40-45k/annually DOE plus commissions!

Hours: M-F, 8am-5:30pm
 
Responsibilities:

  • Seeking candidate to provide business-to-business customer service for a leading technology company
  • Handle inbound and outbound client phone calls and e-mails in a professional and timely manner
  • Provides information to clients regarding account status, product support, order fulfillment, service renewals and sales inquires
  • Provides user support for web and desk software, assess and resolve problems, coordinate training and schedule client service
  • Learn the organization’s products, services and policies through various training programs.
  • Other general clerical duties as needed

Education/Skills Required

  • College degree preferred; High school diploma/GED required
  • Must have previous business-to-business Customer Service experience
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Must have strong telephone and interpersonal skills and be able to function in a fast paced environment
  • Well organized and thorough with details and follow-up
  • Ability to carry out instructions presented in written, verbal , or diagram form
  • Must be able to reply objectively when analyzing/resolving customer related questions
