Position: Contract Call Center Representatives – 40 Openings!
Length of Assignment: Contract will run through June/July
Location: Buffalo, NY
Compensation: $12-13/hour
Hours:
**During training: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
**After training: Must be available to work flexible schedules between 7am & 8pm Monday-Friday, and either Saturday or Sunday 7am-4pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers who need assistance with their online banking account
- Assist users navigate through the website
- Reset passwords as needed
Education, Experience, and Skills Req:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Able to work days/evenings & weekends
- Must have strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to learn and toggle between multiple computer systems
