Position: Direct Hire Fleet Manager
Location: Buffalo, NY
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm
(some Saturdays may be required)
Compensation: $30,000-$60,000 annually DOE
Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage schedules for 100 employees (Drivers)
- Ensure that the day-day operations are running smoothly
- Create and implement strategies to increase performance and decrease turnover
Skills and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Previous management experience within the transportation industry required
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
