Position: Temp-to-Hire Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Reps (multiple openings)
Location: Amherst, NY
Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am – 4pm
After Training Hours: 8am – 5pm & every 3rd Saturday from 8am-4pm
- Work in a call center environment handling inbound calls
- Respond to and resolve routine customer inquiries and problems
- Respond to customers via telephone and/or mail in a timely manner with complete and accurate responses
- Operate a terminal or PC to access customer data
- Bilingual Spanish/English speaking candidate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel & Word
- Professional telephone etiquette and written skills necessary
- High School Diploma or GED
