Position: Temp-Hire Janitor
Location: Lancaster, NY
Compensation: $12.15 per hour
Shift: 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:15PM M-F
Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and clean floor scrubber
- Janitor factory – dispose of empty boxes, skids with forklift, straighten bins
- Machine cleaning
- Changing out light bulbs
- Empty recycling bins
- Keep outdoor areas clean by changing out garbage and cleaning up cigarette butts
- Pressure wash outside concrete picnic area
- Clean restrooms, kitchen area, floors
- Garbage collection
- Clean office area daily
- Snow removal of all entry ways and walkways and salt accordingly
- Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- 1+ year of any industrial cleaning required; manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to perform a wide variety of tasks
