Position: Direct Hire Office Manager/ Assistant Controller
Location: Lancaster, NY
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Compensation: $50k-$55k DOE + benefits!!
Responsibilities:
- Process paperwork for all personnel
- Manage Company Fringe Benefit Plans
- Responsible for yearly and job specific OSHA reports
- Review weekly time sheets and payroll edits
- Workers’ Comp audits
- Compliance with terms of labor agreements
- Prepare and process monthly union reports, balancing out union G/L account
- Assumes duties and responsibilities of Controller in his absence
- Accounts Receivable management, customer contact for payment and review with Senior management at bi-weekly meetings
- Completion of year-end 1099’s
Education/Experience/Skills Required:
- Experience with working in a commercial construction setting required
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Public Notary Certificate strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- H.S. Diploma/GED
