Job of the Day! Accounting/ Administrative Assistant

Position: Temp-Hire Accounting/Administrative Assistant

Location: Buffalo, NY

Length of Assignment: runs through September

Compensation: $15/hour (paid parking!)

Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Review and enter invoices
  • Prepare and enter daily deposits
  • Assist in the completion of monthly invoicing
  • Assist with A/R management
  • Data entry/Filing of paperwork
  • Sort mail daily
  • Misc. duties as requested to support the office staff

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Previous administrative experience required
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and independently
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
