Position: Temp-Hire Accounting/Administrative Assistant
Location: Buffalo, NY
Length of Assignment: runs through September
Compensation: $15/hour (paid parking!)
Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Review and enter invoices
- Prepare and enter daily deposits
- Assist in the completion of monthly invoicing
- Assist with A/R management
- Data entry/Filing of paperwork
- Sort mail daily
- Misc. duties as requested to support the office staff
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous administrative experience required
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work collaboratively and independently
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
