Position: Direct Hire Sales and Marketing Leader
Location: Buffalo, NY
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $50K Base Salary + Commissions
(potential is $10K-$20K annually)
Responsibilities:
- Book new business using company resources
- Oversee two part-time Inside Sales Reps
- Manage special promotions, events, memberships, social media accounts and marketing campaigns
- Create reports and pipelines through CRM
- Grow recurring revenue
- Vertically market other services to existing clients
Skills & Experience Required:
- HSD/GED required; college degree preferred
- 5+ years’ of related management experience in sales and customer service
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
