Position: Direct Hire Financial Advisor
Location: Williamsville, NY
Hours: Monday – Friday, Days + nights and weekends when necessary
Compensation: Commission based plus complete benefit package
Responsibilities:
- Sell financial products and services including life insurance, annuities and investment options
- Review financial information to determine strategies, financial products and services to help clients meet their financial objectives
- Perform business development and maintain client base on an ongoing basis
- Contact existing clients occasionally to determine if there have been changes to their financial status
- Provide financial guidance and customized to consumer segments that demand high quality service
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor Degree preferred w/relevant professional FINRA securities registrations are a plus!
- NYS Life & Health preferred
- 1 year related experience preferred
- FINRA Series 7 or Series 6 required
- FINRA Series 63 or 66 required
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter who possesses integrity and a strong work ethic
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
- MBA, JD, CFP®, CPA or ChFC, a plus
