Position: Temp-Hire Administrative Assistant (part time)
Location: Buffalo, NY
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (35 hours)
Compensation: $13-14/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and other documents
- Create and maintain records through filing, storage, and data entry
- Maintain reception desk, answer phones, take messages, order office supplies, prep coffee etc.
- Receive rent payments and follow proper reporting procedures
- Assist with tenant website questions
Education/Experience/Skills Required
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- Must have previous reception/administrative experience
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Able to switch gears quickly and adapt to varying workloads
- Strong organizational and time management skills
