Job of the Day! Administrative Assistant

Position: Temp-Hire Administrative Assistant (part time)

Location: Buffalo, NY

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (35 hours)

Compensation: $13-14/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and other documents
  • Create and maintain records through filing, storage, and data entry
  • Maintain reception desk, answer phones, take messages, order office supplies, prep coffee etc.
  • Receive rent payments and follow proper reporting procedures
  • Assist with tenant website questions

Education/Experience/Skills Required

  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • Must have previous reception/administrative experience
  • Proficient with MS Office programs
  • Able to switch gears quickly and adapt to varying workloads
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
