Position: Temp-Hire Sales Coordinator / Admin Assistant
Location: Lancaster, NY
Hours: FT Days
Compensation: $16-21/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly sales slide presentations and assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations needed for consultants
- Assist with arrangements for lunch and learns and other meetings
- Assist with all company CRM and marketing systems
- Maintain a calendar of events
- Coordinate annual agent appreciation party and other events as needed
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Create social media content
- Train associates on marketing software
Education/Experience/Skills Required
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Must have previous administrative experience
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience with social media
- Mortgage or banking experience helpful
- Able to switch gears quickly and adapt to varying workloads
- Strong organizational and time management skills
