Job of the Day! Sales Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant

Position: Temp-Hire Sales Coordinator / Admin Assistant

Location: Lancaster, NY

Hours: FT Days
Compensation: $16-21/hour DOE
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly sales slide presentations and assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations needed for consultants
  • Assist with arrangements for lunch and learns and other meetings
  • Assist with all company CRM and marketing systems
  • Maintain a calendar of events
  • Coordinate annual agent appreciation party and other events as needed
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Create social media content
  • Train associates on marketing software

Education/Experience/Skills Required

  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Must have previous administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with social media
  • Mortgage or banking experience helpful
  • Able to switch gears quickly and adapt to varying workloads
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
