Position: Direct Hire Maintenance Technician
Location: Buffalo, NY
Compensation: $17/ hr.
Hours: M-F 7:30am – 4pm // On Call every 2 weeks (including weekends)
Responsibilities:
• Routine grounds maintenance and cleanup
• Painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall and HVAC repairs
• Process unit turnovers
• Assist outside vendors with inspections of properties
• Ensure safety of each site according to industry standards
• Assist with emergency maintenance duties as necessary
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
• At least 3 years of general maintenance experience required
• HVAC experience preferred
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• High school diploma/ or GED
