Position: Temp-Hire Benefits Administrator
Location: Williamsville, NY
Compensation: $15/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Responsibilities:
• Process, coordinate and audit each client’s plan according to specifications
• Oversee the implementation process for new and renewing groups
• Develop documentation for all new and existing clients
• Ensure documentation is timely, accurate and representative of all the benefits requested by client
• Facilitate renewal activities
• Present benefits in a group setting to plan members
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years of benefits representative experience
• Healthcare, COBRA, implementations and/or project management experience a plus
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle customer escalations with minimal assistance
• Strong communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
• Good organization, time management skills & problem-solving skills
