Position: Temp-Hire Property Maintenance Assistant
Location: Buffalo, NY
Compensation: $13-14/ hr. DOE
Hours: FT Days, M-F
Responsibilities:
• Routine grounds maintenance and cleanup
• Responsible for painting, assembling/moving furniture, light plumbing/electrical and drywall repairs
• Assist with debris removal, teardowns, cleaning etc.
• Assist outside vendors with inspections of properties
• Ensure safety of each site according to industry standards
• Assist with emergency maintenance duties as necessary
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
• Must be mechanically inclined with experience using hand and power tools
• Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience preferred
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• High school diploma/ or GED
