Position: Temp-Hire Material Handler
Location: Orchard Park, NY
Compensation: $13/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, stage, load and unload finished product and raw materials
• Stock and maintain warehouse inventory
• Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain inventory by labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling materials and supplies listed on pick lists
• Track all orders and process priority orders first
• Stage rack by organizing and issuing materials to incomplete jobs
• Prepare finished stock for shipment
• Cycle counting
• Stage and load product onto trucks
• Unload raw materials and move to warehouse storage area
• Arrange for shipment of products
• Safely operate forklifts and trucks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience, Skills and Education Required:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to follow direction and work in an efficient & safe manner
