Position: Direct Hire LPN
Location: Cheektowaga, NY
Compensation: $18-20/hour DOE
Hours: M-F 6:30am/7am-5pm/6pm
Responsibilities:
• Assess each patient and their needs
• Complete pre-office or pre-procedure assessment
• Provide procedure discharge instructions and follow-up for patients
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care based on the assessment and according to the medical plan of care
• Communicate appropriate info to the physician
• Participate in educational opportunities
• Maintain all standards
• Assist office staffing with work as needed
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
• Current LPN License and registration
• Graduate of a LPN school of nursing program
• Must be proficient with MEDENT
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, busy office
