Position: Direct Hire Office Assistant
Location: Cheektowaga, NY
Compensation: $15.00/hr.
Shift: 7am – 4pm Monday through Friday & 7am – 11am Saturdays
Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and greet customers
• Assist customers and sales reps
• Handle incoming customer pickups
• Enter, receive and reconcile purchase orders daily
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
• Must have previous receptionist/secretarial experience
• Seeking professional and courteous individual
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel programs
• HSD/GED Required
