Position: Indefinite Temporary Executive Assistant
(potential for perm hire)
Location: Buffalo, NY
Compensation: $25/hour
Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
• Perform complex administrative duties for senior executives at the highest levels of the organization
• Transcribe, type and maintain records & files
• Distribute mail
• Telephone reception; welcome & direct visitors
• Duplicate & distribute photocopies and routes faxes
• Schedule meetings
• Revise work assignments
• Participate in the team or group work activities
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
• Associate’s Degree and (4) years of high-level secretarial or administrative experience
• HSD/GED and (5) years of high-level secretarial or administrative experience
• Must have prior experience supporting an executive
• Must have advanced Microsoft Office Skills
• Be a critical thinker and work with minimal supervision
• High organized, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
