Position: Temp-Hire Material Handler
Location: Orchard Park, NY
Compensation: $13/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, stage, load and unload finished product and raw materials
- Stock and maintain warehouse inventory
- Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain inventory by labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock
- Locate materials and supplies by pulling materials and supplies listed on pick lists
- Track all orders and process priority orders first
- Stage rack by organizing and issuing materials to incomplete jobs
- Prepare finished stock for shipment
- Cycle counting
- Stage and load product onto trucks
- Unload raw materials and move to warehouse storage area
- Arrange for shipment of products
- Safely operate forklifts and trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience, Skills and Education Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to follow direction and work in an efficient & safe manner
