Position: Direct-Hire Senior Mortgage Processor
Location: Lancaster, NY
Compensation: $20-23/hr. DOE
(supervisory exp. salary will be increased)
Hours: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
• Prioritize daily duties for the processing team
• Move loans through the system
• Interact with sales management and all team leads to ensure a smooth process among all departments
• Ensure compliance policies and procedures are being followed
• Ensure deadlines are being met
• Review timecards
• Manage contract underwriting process flow
Requirements:
• Will accept a mortgage loan processor with 3-5yrs. of experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• College degree preferred
• Proficiency with Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of mortgage originations required
• Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor at all position levels
