Position: Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk
Length of Assignment: 6+ months (Potential for perm hire!)
Location: Downtown Buffalo, NY
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday through Friday 1st shift
Responsibilities:
• Seeking candidate to process invoices for payment of purchase in accordance with Lawson software requirements.
• Respond to vendor inquires regarding payments.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain information.
• Review vendor statements and payments.
• General administrative tasks as needed.
Education and Skills Required:
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must have 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience utilizing Lawson software strongly preferred!
• Strong communication and MS office skills.
