Position: Temp – Hire Customer Service Representative
Location: Cheektowaga, NY
Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm
Compensation: $13.00/hr
Essential Functions:
• Routing of incoming calls
• Directing customer inquiries to appropriate company resources
• Generation of reports
• Update of customer contracts
• Generation of invoices
• Scanning of orders into document management system
• Data entry
• Maintenance of customer files.
Experience and Skills Required:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous IT/Customer Service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent phone etiquette
