Local collections firm in Williamsville, NY is looking to hire experienced 1st party Collectors.
Compensation: $15/hr.
Hours:
Training Schedule – 2 weeks on day shift w/ 2 weeks of on the job training
After Training – M-F 1pm – 10pm w/1 Saturday a month
Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers with 2-120 days past due credit card debt
• Coming up with solutions to get the amount due paid off
• Update client information and maintain confidential information
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
• Previous experience working in a call center environment.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• High school diploma/GED required
