Position: Direct Hire HR Assistant/Receptionist
Location: Williamsville, NY
Hours: FT or PT between the hours of 8am – 5pm
- Assist in temporary, contract, temp-hire and direct hire placements
- Perform pre-employment screening such as education verifications, references and background checks
- Perform resume sourcing on various job boards to match candidates to potential positions
- Complete new hire paperwork, e-verify new employees, complete wage forms
- Create weekly job ads and post new employment opportunities online
- Type employment verification letters to confirm prior employment
- Filing, scanning, making copies and other administrative duties
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Seeking 2+ years of strong administrative or HR experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Outgoing, friendly, detail orientated and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
