Position: Direct Hire LPN
Location: Cheektowaga, NY
Compensation: $19-23/hour DOE
Hours: M-F 6:30am/7am-5pm/6pm
Responsibilities:
- Assess each patient and their needs
- Complete pre-office or pre-procedure assessment
- Provide procedure discharge instructions and follow-up for patients
- Plan, implement and evaluate patient care based on the assessment and according to the medical plan of care
- Communicate appropriate info to the physician
- Participate in educational opportunities
- Maintain all standards
- Assist office staffing with work as needed
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Current LPN License and registration
- Graduate of a LPN school of nursing program
- Must be proficient with MEDENT
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, busy office
