Position: Patient Care Associate
Location: Williamsville, NY
Compensation: $14/hr.
Hours: Rotating hours between 7am-8pm M-F
Responsibilities:
- Assist radiologist with biopsies and complete appropriate post-procedure care
- Download images and report printing
- Maintain procedure logs on a daily basis
- Communicate effectively with patients, family, team members and managers
- Stock and reorder supplies as needed
Experience, Skills and Education Required
- High School Diploma with 3 years of medical office support work or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic lifting as required – no more than 35lbs
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
