Position: Temp-Hire Customer Service Agents (B2B) (Multiple Openings)
Location: Cheektowaga, NY
Compensation: $13.75/hr.
Hours: Mon – Fri; 8am – 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Calling accounts payable offices
- Managing account queue
- Analyzing invoices for inaccuracy
- Working with billing, rating, invoicing, and sales to fix root cause issues
- Managing incoming emails timely
- Reviewing excel reports and updating properly
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Previous customer service experience required!
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- High school diploma/GED required
