Kaci Szczygiel
Executive Recruiter
Kaci joined the Selective Staffing Solutions recruiting team in 2021. Today she partners with WNY employers to match top candidates for a wide variety of positions, in addition to a host of other tasks that contribute to the successful operation of our busy staffing firm.
Kaci is a lifelong resident of Buffalo. A Niagara University Graduate, Kaci is passionate about Buffalo sports, food and the people that make up the "city of good neighbors." When she is not in the office you will find Kaci on the tennis court. Rumor has it she beat Roger Federer in a singles match, although we have no evidence to back up the claim. Tennis is not her only talent, as Kaci is known to "drop a mean saxophone beat" when the office needs a pick-me-up.
Favorite thing about recruiting:
"I love that I have the opportunity to network with so many different people and lead them to opportunities they can fall in love with"
