Michelle Alberts is the President and Founder of Selective Staffing Solutions and Alberts Executive Search. She has been honored as one of the top Western New York Women Owned Businesses for consecutive years in Buffalo’s Business First, as well as receiving numerous Sales and Marketing Awards. Michelle has been excelling in the staffing industry since 1999, and before opening Selective Staffing Solutions held a sales management position with a national staffing agency where she was ranked #1 in the country. Her years of experience in the industry have abetted her to establish client needs and deliver solutions. Her management philosophy is to lead her team as well as inspire. Michelle claims the secret to her success is to maintain exceptional communications and a thorough understanding of the needs of her customers. Her mission is to deliver the highest level of service to each and every client.

Michelle is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters, and is very active in the community. Over the years Michelle has been involved with the Women President’s Organization (WPO), Buffalo Niagara Sales & Marketing Executives (BNSME), UB Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) Class of 2006, and many charitable organizations.
